Bringing Dance to Every CA Student
Proposition 28, also known as the Arts and Music in Schools Funding Measure, was a California ballot measure proposed to allocate additional funding specifically for arts and music education in public schools. CDEA aims to ensure fair distribution of these funds across the five arts strands and to address the equal representation of dance and theater education in California classrooms.
