Angela Demmel is an artist educator whose work is deeply rooted in the Bay Area dance community. Her choreography has been featured in several seasons of the Vision Series, the Dance IS Festival, Works in the Works, ODC's Pilot 56, and Dance Up Close/East Bay among other events. Her choreography has also been shown at CSU-East Bay, University of Oregon, Mills College and with Golden Thread Theatre in San Francisco and Cairo, Egypt. Angela is an alumna of CSU, Hayward's Department of Theatre and Dance, where she was a lecturer for several years. She earned her Masters of Fine Arts in Choreography and Performance at Mills College. Angela is currently the dance director and chair of the Visual and Performing Arts department at Moreau Catholic High School.
